1. Log in to CORE and click Marketplace on the left-hand navigation.

2. Click the BitTitan Category on the left-hand side or use the search bar to find the desired BitTitan SKU.

3. Next, add the product you wish to purchase to your cart. Once added, click on the shopping cart to review your items before purchasing. Here you will be able to increase the number of licences required.

4. Once you’re happy with the number of licenses, select Next. Select an existing customer from your customer list, or create a new customer if this is for a new customer account. Once chosen or created, click Next to review the order and purchase.

5. Once the order has been placed and completed, log into the customer’s CORE panel, and select BitTitan from the left-hand navigation or from under the Services tab if they have 5 or more subscriptions: 

Once the subscription status turns green and says ‘ready’ you will be able to manage their subscription. Click Manage Subscription.

6. Once on the subscription page, you will be able to retrieve the coupon code that has been generated for that product.
