Please see the steps below:  

1. Login to CORE.

2. Click Account along the left side navigation pane  

3. Select Account Profile 

4. Here your company details will be displayed such as Account Settings and Postal Address. Click Edit under each tile to change any of these settings and click OK once you wish to save

It is important to keep these details up to date as Infinigate Cloud will occasionally use these details in relation to support requests.

The Billing Contact details are especially important as this is the email address any invoices, credit notes, outstanding balance notifications and order confirmations will be sent.
