You can find your CORE account ID in the following areas.

 

Option 1 - Login to CORE

Login to CORE > Once logged in, the account ID will appear in the top right under your username.

 

 

It can also be found here - Account > Account Profile > Account ID.

 

 

Option 2 - Unable to login to CORE

If you are unable to access CORE, you can find the account ID on the top right of your invoice from Infinigate Cloud.
